In collaboration with experienced lawyers, the Digital Process Manager was developed – a unique process management tool and portal that automates compensation claims for retailers.
What was kept foolproof for users required complex programming work in the background. This is because the application on the registration portal at schirp.freundschaftsdienst.eu lands directly with the Berlin law firm Schirp & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB and the lawyers Siegried de Witt and Prof. Dr. Ingo Heberlein. What is special about this is that the lawyers receive an instant request that has already been generated by the “Digital Process Manager”. This is individualized with the data of the submitting business owner and is already addressed to the current Minister of Health of the relevant federal state. The lawyers read correction and send the urgent application by mouseclick. The applicant receives a confirmation email – done!
